Devkrishna Trucking – BharatBenz is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop operations and ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day BharatBenz workshop and service operations
• Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff
• Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, servicing, and delivery of vehicles
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with BharatBenz/DICV teams on technical and operational matters
• Monitor warranty processes and service quality
• Track job cards, pending jobs, workshop KPIs, and overall service performance
• Ensure compliance with BharatBenz service processes and standards
• Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and operational efficiency

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience with BharatBenz is mandatory
• Good knowledge of BharatBenz commercial vehicles and service operations
• Working knowledge of DMS 2.0 is mandatory
• Understanding of BharatBenz service processes, warranty, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Good team-management and customer-handling skills
• Candidates with previous experience in a BharatBenz dealership/workshop will be preferred

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience

Relevant experience in BharatBenz service/workshop operations preferred.
