With the right leadership and shop performance, total annual earnings of $90K+ are achievable. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading day-to-day operations of a diesel repair shop to ensure efficient workflows

Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diesel repair technicians

Ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and consistent service standards

Communicating clearly with customers by providing estimates and explaining repair processes

Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize vehicle downtime

Maintaining an organized, safe, and productive shop environment

Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating parts ordering

Building a positive culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and growth

Hands-on experience in diesel truck repair

Clear communication skills with both customers and technicians

A strong work ethic and desire to grow into higher levels of leadership

Previous management experience is helpful but not required
