SERVICE MANAGER

Oversee all aspects of the Service Department for a construction equipment dealership including new machinery prep, rental machinery repair and maintenance, customer equipment repair, and warranty repair within a construction equipment dealership. Salary will be dependent on experience.

• Respond to customer calls

• Provide quotations on service to be performed

• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer is satisfied with the work performed

• Dispatch Field Technicians

• Supervise Shop Technicians

• Ensure Safety practices are followed and that the facility and all CLM vehicles are well-maintained

• Job Scheduling

• Billing

• Review and verify Service related documents for accuracy and completion

• Communicate with Warranty Administrator

• Communicate with Customers and team members on progress of jobs

• Visit customers periodically to help build long-term relationships

• Attend manufacturer training, keep abreast of product developments

• Communicate with manufacturer PSMs on technical and warranty issues as needed

• Recruit, Train, and provide daily feedback as related to the Service Team

• Responsible for department revenue and profitability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
