• Supervised and managed a team of 100 drivers, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Planned preventive maintenance schedules and ensured timely servicing of all vehicles.
• Coordinated with workshops, mechanics, and vendors for repairs and spare parts procurement.
• Responded promptly to emergency vehicle breakdowns and arranged roadside assistance.
• Maintained service records, maintenance logs, and vehicle documentation.
• Ensured compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.
• Controlled maintenance costs and optimized service operations to improve fleet efficiency.
• Conducted regular inspections to ensure vehicles were roadworthy and compliant.
• Analyzed breakdown trends and implemented corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.
• Monitored fuel efficiency, tire management, and vehicle utilization.
• Trained and guided drivers on safe driving practices and proper vehicle handling.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
