SERVICE MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION*

**Location:** Indore

**Experience:** 2+ Years in Service / Technical Field

**Salary:** ₹20,000–₹35,000 + Incentives

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and supervise the service/installation team.

* Plan and schedule customer installations and service visits.

* Hire, train and manage service technicians.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

* Coordinate installation, maintenance and after-sales service.

* Monitor service quality, technician performance and pending complaints.

* Maintain daily service reports and customer feedback.

* Coordinate with Sales, Production and Dispatch teams.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service completion.
