We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department at our multi-franchise Ballarat location.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and professionalism. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Service Manager and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor and improve service processes, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability.
• Oversee scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A high level of customer service with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A deep understanding of service operations, including KPIs and profitability metrics.
• A current Victorian driver’s license.
