  • Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring every customer receives a premium service experience worthy of the brands we represent.
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship across service, pre-delivery and used vehicle preparation.
  • Analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
  • Working closely with the Dealer Principal and senior leadership team to shape strategy and deliver business objectives.
  • Managing customer concerns with professionalism, integrity and a solutions-focused approach.

  • Leading the Service operation through an exciting period of significant growth and site transformation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a busy automotive Service or Workshop operation.
  • Appropriate technical qualifications and a current driver’s licence.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivering commercial results.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a high-performance team.
  • Strong customer service credentials and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proven ability to develop, implement and continuously improve department processes.
  • The confidence to manage complex customer issues and deliver solutions without compromising service standards.
