What they need
- Manage daily Service Department operations, including service reception, workshop, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor service sales, labor revenue, productivity, efficiency, and monthly targets.
- Ensure proper scheduling and allocation of repair jobs to technicians.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Job Controllers, and other service personnel.
- Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor pending jobs, back jobs, comeback units, and customer complaints.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure concerns are properly resolved.
- Coordinate with Parts Department regarding availability of parts needed for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, warranty procedures, and safety requirements.
- Review repair orders, job estimates, service reports, and other service-related documents.
- Monitor workshop cleanliness, tools, equipment, and proper use of company resources.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluation of service staff.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit service performance reports to Management.
- Support service marketing activities, customer retention programs, and aftersales campaigns.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
