FOH Manager — Tavern Off the Green

Tavern Off the Green is looking for a polished, hands-on Front of House Manager to help lead our growing restaurant and sports bar, with a full bar program and dedicated host team.

You’ll stay engaged and remain active on the floor, support servers, hosts and bartenders, help guests feel welcome, and keep service organized. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coaching the team, coordinating seating and service, communicating with the kitchen, handling guest concerns, and completing opening, closing and cash procedures.

Previous front of house management experience is required; candidates with strong shift-lead or hospitality supervisory experience will also be considered. We’re looking for someone with a warm, positive personality who enjoys the team and guests, brings energy to the shift, and knows when to be serious and focused. You should notice what needs attention and act upon it then and there, ideally setting up shift and team proactively to minimize situations, make sound decisions and follow through.

Familiarity with a full bar program, operations involving a host team, Toast, Resy and HotSchedules is helpful.

Evening, weekend and late-night availability required.
