We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our operations and drive success at our high-performing, full-service repair facility. Our shop features 10 bays, 9 lifts, and a fully climate-controlled, 8,000 sq. ft. workspace. As a service leader, you’ll work closely with technicians, advisors, and ownership to keep the workflow smooth and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations, from customer check-in to vehicle delivery
• Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order accuracy
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Track KPIs, drive sales goals, and report to ownership
• Maintain a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in automotive service advising or management
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
