Service Manager

Job Summary
Twisted Timber Foods & Brews is seeking a Service Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and maintain a high standard of guest service. This role supports front-of-house staff, coordinates service activities, assists with scheduling and training, and helps ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house service and restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and support servers and other service staff.
• Help create staff schedules and maintain appropriate shift coverage.
• Monitor guest service and respond professionally to customer concerns.
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards throughout the restaurant.
• Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
• Support labor management and daily operating-cost controls.
• Handle opening, closing, and shift-management responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist restaurant leadership with achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food-safety certification or ability to obtain required certification.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
