Key Roles & Responsibilities – Service Manager | Jawa 2-Wheeler

1. Service Operations Management

• Manage overall workshop and service centre operations.
• Ensure smooth vehicle reception, service, repair, and delivery.
• Maintain proper workflow and bay utilisation.

2. Customer Service & Satisfaction

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and service-related escalations.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Team Management

• Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Monitor team productivity and work quality.
• Provide technical and process guidance to the service team.

4. Service Quality & TAT

• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and within the committed time.
• Monitor first-time-right and repeat repair cases.
• Maintain manufacturer service standards and safety procedures.

5. Revenue & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets.
• Improve labour sales, parts sales, and service package opportunities.
• Monitor workshop productivity and cost control.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly service performance.
• Maintain service-related reports, KPIs, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Jawa regional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
