Established Metro Atlanta Dealership

A high-volume, well-established franchise dealership in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive department profitability: labor sales, gross profit, effective labor rate, and hours per RO
• Deliver top-tier CSI scores and a customer experience that builds retention
• Manage warranty processes, claim accuracy, and compliance with manufacturer standards
• Recruit, train, and retain skilled technicians and advisors
• Oversee scheduling, shop loading, and workflow to maximize productivity
• Partner with Parts, Sales, and General Management to grow fixed operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dealership service management experience (franchise experience preferred)
• Proven record of growing gross profit and improving CSI
• Strong grasp of fixed-ops financials, pay plans, and warranty administration
• Leadership style that develops people and builds a positive shop culture
• Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) experience a strong plus
• Valid driver's license and clean background
