Job Title: Service Manager Two Wheeler Dealership

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage the service centre operations, service team, customer satisfaction and workshop targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service centre and workshop operations.
• Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff.
• Achieve service, revenue and productivity targets.
• Monitor vehicle repair, servicing and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor workshop productivity, job cards, repeat repairs and pending vehicles.
• Coordinate with Spares and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company/Suzuki service standards and processes.
• Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler service operations.
• Experience as Service Manager/Workshop Manager preferred.
• Strong team management, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of workshop operations, DMS and service processes.
• Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
