Service Manager

Your day to day looks like

• Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
• Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
• Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation

• Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
• A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
• Strong interest in developing team members
• Competent project management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
• Excellent time management, organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
• The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The right to live and work in Australia
• A trade background is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced service leaders who understand how to balance operational performance, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes
