Job Location: Silver Spring 20910

Service Manager adds to the company with revenue goals. Perform service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of Technicians. Insure that all services are completed with excellence, inventory is tracked, and repair of trucks, tools, and devices is maintained.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises the entire service department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Brussell policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems as well as conducting field inspections.

Duties

• Complete Initial Services, Follow ups , and Wildlife Services

• Service Drop Ins and Inspections

• Review Service Orders

• Performance Tech Performance Assessments

• Do Services (as needed)

• Fill-in for absent Techs

• Supervise Truck Maintenance

• Submit Request Supplies

• Review Uniforms

• Review Gas Usage

• Review Expenses

• Disciplinary Actions

• Personal Training and Research

• Training

• Safety Evacuations and Responses

• Prepare Department Report for General Manager

• Inventory: management, distribution, and evaluation

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers one-on-one or groups of employees of organization
