Unicorn Infosolutions is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead service centre operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and guide service engineers and service centre staff.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service turnaround time, productivity, and service quality.
• Maintain service records, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in service centre management, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile repair.
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of Apple products and repair processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
