Job Description

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of service technicians.
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling and job coordination.
• Drive timely service delivery, technical quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers, technicians and subcontractors.

Experiences & Requirements

• Proven experience leading a technical service or field service team.
• Background in commercial or domestic appliances/equipment , such as ovens, dishwashers or similar equipment.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full working rights.
