Job Purpose

To manage the overall service department, ensure quality vehicle servicing and repairs, achieve service targets, maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop and service department operations.
• Achieve monthly service revenue and productivity targets.
• Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, FQCs, Warranty Administrators and other service staff.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired within the committed delivery time.
• Monitor job cards, vehicle repair progress and workshop productivity.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection and quality checks before delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement activities.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools and workshop equipment.
• Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular team meetings and guide employees to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with Mahindra service standards, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service performance reports.
• Identify training needs and improve the technical skills of the service team.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure proper implementation of 5S practices.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
