Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Linux and JBoss middleware service delivery.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, availability and performance targets.
• Oversee RHEL/Unix administration.
• Manage JBoss EAP/WildFly installation, configuration, deployment, patching and upgrades.
• Lead critical incident management, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Govern production changes, releases, migrations and deployment activities.
• Lead offshore/onshore support teams and manage vendors.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Nagios and Splunk.
• Monitor JVM performance, memory utilization, server health and application response times.
• Handle security, vulnerability remediation, patching, access controls and compliance.
• BFSI environment experience is preferred.
