Understand spares requirement by model and pricing compared to competition and local market options
Responsible for pricing and availability of spares for marine engines and scooters
Assess demand and create proper forecast/plan to ensure on-time availability of material
Evaluate Inventory maintained and parts service ratio for effective procurement of spare parts resulting in proper availability of spares
Source low cost alternative spares within India
Track pricing and schemes floated by competitors and plan for aggressive sales and spares bundling strategies accordingly
Prepare pricing proposals and field sales inquiries
Prepare competitive market feedback for OEM penetration
Prepare communication and feedback for OEM on product improvements and local market requirements
