Service Manager

Kalamunda Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service and Pre-Delivery departments.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the Service and Pre-Delivery teams
• Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager
• Monitoring technician productivity and performance
• Supporting staff development and training
• Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved
• Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
• Communicating delivery timelines and updates to Sales Managers
• Achieving Toyota and internal performance targets
• Identifying opportunities to improve department performance
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Automotive industry management experience
• Current WA manual driver's licence
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Confident computer skills
• Automotive trade qualification (desirable)
