Service Manager

• Manage the overall operations of the vehicle service department.
• Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Ensure high standards of repair quality, customer satisfaction, and timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor daily workshop productivity, job allocation, and repair progress.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Monitor service revenue, labour sales, workshop efficiency, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair as per manufacturer standards.
• Monitor customer feedback, service retention, and repeat business.
• Conduct regular team meetings and review departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, dealership policies, and manufacturer service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
• Identify training needs and improve the technical and customer-handling skills of employees.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
