Service Manager

Position Details :

Title: Regional Field Service Manager

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional weekends if needed)

Compensation: $40-$55/hour + OT + commission

Benefits: competitive package

Travel: 50%-70% to region (dropping after year one)

Position Description :

The Field Service Manager oversees field projects and technical support for the installation, commissioning, and training of OEM equipment across North America. Responsibilities include scheduling, service quoting, and post-service invoicing, along with advising the sales team on equipment sizing, layout, and application. The role also supports by addressing serviceability issues and collaborating with engineering teams. Domestic and international travel is required for on-site supervision and technical support.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical, certified electrician status, or other applicable area of education

• 5-10+ years of experience in technical service of industrial laundry equipment or like equivalent

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and AutoCAD preferred

• Solid electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technological aptitude

• Ability to grasp complex issues and analyze in a goal-oriented manner

• Extensive electrical and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
