What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage daily service department operations, workflow, scheduling, and productivity.
• Drive department sales, profitability, customer retention, and service performance.
• Monitor repair orders, estimates, technician efficiency, and repair quality.
• Support service advisors in recommending needed repairs and maintenance while building customer trust.
• Work closely with the parts department to minimize delays and keep repairs moving.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and dealership standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee performance, and the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive service management experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.
• Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair operations.
• Experience managing service department productivity, sales, and profitability.
• Ability to build customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with service writing, repair estimates, and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
