Job Position:- Service Manager

Location:- Kochi,Kerala

Salary:- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience:- 4-6 yrs

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage day-to-day service and maintenance operations for solar PV systems.
• Supervise and coordinate solar service technicians and field service teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and electrical components.
• Handle customer complaints, service requests, and technical escalations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate site visits, troubleshooting, repairs, and system commissioning support.
• Ensure service quality, safety standards, and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project, installation, procurement, and sales teams.
• Monitor team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
• Good team management and customer-handling skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
