What they need
This is genuinely one of my favourite clients to recruit for. The leadership team have all come from an engineering background, so they understand the realities of the job and what it's like working in the industry. They're approachable, down-to-earth, and have built a business that looks after its people.
Following a recent merger, they have secured a strong partnership with a large housing organisation operating across London, putting them in an exciting period of growth. With their headquarters based in the Midlands and plenty of work in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that's moving in the right direction.
They are open to speaking with experienced engineers who are looking to take the next step in their career and move off the tools into a more senior position, as well as established professionals already working in a similar role who are looking for a fresh challenge. The work predominantly focuses on residential block properties throughout London and the surrounding areas.
