About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Pool Service Manager to lead our swimming pool service department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing daily service operations, coordinating technicians and routes, overseeing repairs, and ensuring excellent customer service as well as day to day office operations. Position will have direct report to company president.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable solving problems, and capable of leading a team while remaining involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of approximately seven service technicians, maintaining accountability, productivity, and quality workmanship.
• Scheduling and Routing: Coordinate weekly service routes, technician assignments, and daily schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Pool Openings and Closings: Oversee seasonal pool openings and closings, ensuring jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards.
• Repairs and Service Operations: Manage repair requests, troubleshoot service issues, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls, address complaints and concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Quality Control: Monitor callbacks

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
