North Battleford Toyota is looking for a Service Manager to lead our service team and help grow an important part of our business.

Automotive management experience is an asset, but it isn’t a requirement.

If you’re a strong leader with experience in automotive, agriculture, heavy equipment, trucking, construction, parts and service, or another customer-focused business, we want to hear from you.

The Job

This is a people and business leadership role.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and supporting our service team
• Making sure customers are looked after properly
• Keeping work organized and moving efficiently
• Setting expectations and holding people accountable
• Hiring and developing good people
• Managing the department’s sales, expenses and profitability
• Finding ways to improve productivity and grow the business
• Working closely with the rest of our dealership leadership team

Who Could Be a Great Fit?

You don’t need to already have Service Manager on your résumé.

• Automotive or equipment technicians who are entrepreneurial, good with people and ready to lead
• Service Advisors or Service Writers ready for their next step
• Shop Foremen or Lead Technicians who naturally organize and lead others
• Parts or service professionals from agriculture, heavy equipment or trucking
• Assistant Service Managers ready to run their own department
• Ag or equipment dealership leaders interested in bringing their experience into the automotive business
• Experienced managers from other industries who understand customers, people and running a profitable operation
