POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Service Manager who will oversee, train, and support the server team to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all service areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high‑quality guest service, strong team performance, and efficient front‑of‑house operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise team members’ guest service performance
• Hire, fire, and review servers
• Run monthly department meetings
• Oversee and execute training for current servers
• Oversee and execute party package training
• Manage Kids Party Packages
• Operate the floor
• Manage duckpin, lanes, axe coaches, and restaurant service experiences
• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients as needed
• Manage party supplies including cups, plates, napkins, glow sticks, and prize bags
• Manage apron inventory
• Monitor and restock inventory monthly for kids’ birthday party supplies
• Review weekly labor reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of five years restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience
• Minimum of two years management experience
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule

COMPENSATION

• Salaried position ($50,000–$68,000/year)
• Bonus program up to $5,000/quarter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 4–6 hours at a time
• Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere
