Job Title: Service Manager – Car Showroom
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Car Service manager and Maruti Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations, including job scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity
• Lead, guide, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
• Drive service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
• Handle customer concerns and complaints to ensure a superior service experience
• Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety norms, and company policies
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
• Monitor key performance indicators such as TAT, repeat repairs, and first-time fix rate
• Coordinate effectively with sales and spare parts teams for smooth operations

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of workshop management, diagnostics, and service processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
