We are hiring a Service Manager for one of our clients.

📍 Job Locations: Karaikudi, Madurai, Trichy, Pudukkottai, Ramanathapuram & Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu.

💼 Experience: 5–10 years preferred (relevant experience will be considered)

💰 Salary: ₹4–7 LPA, negotiable based on experience

🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | Work from office

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop and service operations.
• Lead service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Drive service revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team productivity, repair quality, and vehicle delivery timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Improve customer retention, repeat service business, and workshop efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures.

✅ Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with experience in two-wheeler or automobile service operations.
• Professionals with strong team leadership and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates from Royal Enfield or other two-wheeler dealerships will have an advantage.
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
