What they need
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service workshop operations.
- Supervise and support mechanics and technicians.
- Create and develop programs to increase service performance.
- Monitor spare parts and accessories' performance and recommend purchase order
- Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
- Coordinate parts, tools, and workshop resources.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience .
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop operations.
