Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service centre and workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop personnel.
• Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery to customers.
• Monitor service revenue, labour sales, workshop productivity, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Develop staff capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant automotive service experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of workshop performance, revenue management, and customer service.
• Computer literacy and experience with workshop management systems.
• Strong commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
