Your new role

As the Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of engineering services for key data centre clients, ensuring operational reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the day-to-day service and operations management for data centre clients and mission-critical facilities.
• Manage maintenance, service delivery, and operational performance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Drive service quality, uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance across client sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Lead engineering teams, contractors, and service partners to ensure efficient service execution.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, energy efficiency, and life cycle asset management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing engineering services, facilities operations, or maintenance within data centres or critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MVAC, chilled water systems, and mission-critical building services infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and coordinating service contractors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and best practices in facility operations.
