We are looking for Service Manager - Engineering（Duty Engineer）, we rely on you to:

• Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time during shift.
• Receive, assign, and follow up on all work orders and maintenance orders.
• Handle technical drawings, as well as records and inventory of stock preparation.
• Troubleshoot, operate, repair, and maintain, ensuring that all equipment within the area is clean and in proper working condition.
• On the premise of ensuring safe operation and the business style, strive to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
• Supervise the construction of important maintenance and renovation projects, and control the quality and progress.
• Assist external construction units in their construction work in this hotel to ensure the project quality.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• A junior college degree or above in an engineering major.
• With more than 3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance and management.
• Have certain communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Those with work experience in hotels will be given priority.
