Job responsibilities & experience needed:

• You’ll be required to oversee the daily operation of a high-performing service department with a strong structure of field and office staff in place who you’ll push and support daily
• Have financial responsibility for a P&L, provide accurate forecasts and attend budget meetings
• Liaise with high-profile clientele, oversee WIP and attend regular weekly/monthly client meetings
• You must ideally have 1+ years of service management experience
• Must have strong people management skills and knowledge of relevant AS-1851 standards
• Although fire experience is desired, experience in other building services industries will be considered
