**Service Manager**

Elevate Heating & Cooling, Wichita, KS

Full-time | $26.00–$29.50/hr

This is a service manager job.

You'll start out running service calls. That's not a tryout. You can't run our service department until you know how we diagnose, how we price, how we treat customers, and how our systems work. The best way to learn that is in the field. Plan on running calls through the end of this year, then moving into the manager seat in early 2027.

**Why this job is different**

We're not a typical HVAC shop. We run giveaways in the community, and we're building our own app, the Elevate Home App, which launches in early spring 2027. It's new technology that isn't on the market yet, and it's being developed right here in Wichita. A lot of what you'll learn here is new to the HVAC trade, period.

Service manager is where you start. As we grow, you'll be in charge of a lot more, and your pay will grow with the company. We're looking for the right person to trust with that growth and responsibility.

**What the job becomes**

• Scheduling and dispatching techs

• Making sure every job is done right the first time, so callbacks stay as rare as they are now

• Tracking each tech's revenue and performance

• Helping techs get better and earn more

• Keeping the service side organized so nothing gets missed

• Supporting and strengthening our current SOPs

• Helping design and build new SOPs as the Elevate Home App is developed

**Who we're looking for**

You're organized, and you're good with people, both customers and techs. You understand that revenue matters. You know a strong service tech brings in around $1,000 a week. Maybe that's you, or maybe you're at $800 and you know exactly why. Either way, you get the difference and you want to be the one helping other techs get there.

You don't need to know our systems yet. You need the drive to learn them and the confidence that you can run this department.

**Requirements**

• Residential HVAC service experience

• Valid driver's license

• EPA 608 certification preferred

**Pay**

• $26.00/hr while you're in the field learning our systems

• $29.50/hr starting pay as Service Manager

• Pay grows as the company grows
