Churches of Christ Qld is looking for an experienced Service Manager Home Care to lead our Toowoomba and Warwick teams. With approximately 40 staff directly reporting, you'll drive service performance, build a positive team culture and help older people remain independent in their own homes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, finding solutions and turning challenges into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop teams to build a positive, accountable culture.
• Oversee daily operations and quality service delivery across both locations.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment and retention.
• Manage compliance, incident reporting and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal support teams.
• Identify practical ways to improve performance and consistency across both services.

About You You're a confident, level-headed leader who can bring people together and get things moving.

You'll Bring

• At least three (3) years' management experience at a comparable level.
• Experience in Home Care or aged care.
• Strong people leadership and performance management skills.
• The ability to navigate staffing challenges and lead change.
• Available to work across Toowoomba and Warwick offices during the 5 day week.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach, with integrity and excellent communication skills.

What We Offer A salary package of $120,202 plus 12% super, with access to up to $18,500 in annual salary packaging benefits. Eligible employees can package up to $15,900 towards living expenses, such as rent or mortgage repayments, plus up to $2,600 towards meals and entertainment. Benefits are administered through Eziway and paid fortnightly, subject to eligibility and applicable rules. Salary packaging can help increase your take-home pay.
