Service Manager (HVAC)

About the Role

Anemo Prime Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage and lead HVAC/MEP service operations. The role involves handling service teams, client coordination, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and ensuring timely and quality execution of service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC/MEP service and maintenance operations.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and site teams.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and coordinate resolution of HVAC and mechanical equipment issues.
• Coordinate with clients for service requests, complaints, and technical requirements.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and resources required for service activities.
• Monitor service calls and ensure timely closure of complaints.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support whenever required.
• Prepare and review service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and other internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and support.
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support service-related commercial activities, quotations, and AMC requirements when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling service teams and site operations.
• Strong client coordination and communication skills.
• Good planning, manpower management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service-related documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project and client sites as required.

Preferred Profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in HVAC / MEP / Engineering Services.
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, cleanroom, or building HVAC projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong experience in service operations and team management are preferred.
