Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and strategy to the overall planning, implementing and monitoring of the Association's Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services (including: Jockey Club Tiptop Training Centre, Employment Services Centre and Social Enterprises)
• Supervise the operation of the services, administration and financial management
• Maintain and explore partnering relationship to ensure development and sustainability of services

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker
• Degree or above in Social Work with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences; or
• Higher diploma or certificate in Social Work with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in social work in which 5 years in rehabilitation field
• Preferably with at least 3 years management experience
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation services and/or Social Enterprises is preferred
• Mature and proactive, strong management skill and leadership in supervising IC and directing service development
• Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English
