As a Service Manager, you are a key leader in ensuring the branch operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to clients. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving branch performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections.
• Support marketing efforts by cross-selling bank products and services.
• Ensure staff members understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets.
• Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards.

Qualifications We Value

• 3–4 years in branch banking operations
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills
