We are looking for Paper machine Service Manager in Chennai/ Delhi location.

Purpose

As the Sales Manager for paper machine services, you will be responsible for the services and products in paper machines, from headbox to winder, and for the cooperation with ANDRITZ colleagues providing complementary support for product management, audits and technology.

You will be responsible for implementing our Paper Machine Service strategy, particularly the business development of products throughout the entire lifecycle.

With technical expertise, you will drive our product portfolio in the regional market by effectively carrying out the required tasks with a customer-centric approach and a collaborative spirit.

You recognize and fulfill the true needs of our customers.

You will always focus on achieving preferred supplier status and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibility

• Lead the paper machine spares, services and rolls business development, essentially in India region market.
• Take business responsibility for India region PM service and PFR business. Support sales strategies with a focus on right solution for customers.
• Responsible for year-on-year business growth and customer satisfaction in own area.
• Analyze the demand for paper machine products and service and market share
• Analyze competitor strengths & weaknesses, their offerings and market share
• 10 - 15 years in Paper Machine services
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
