Service Manager-Roofing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager specializing in Roofing to lead our roofing service operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing service teams across multiple projects, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.
• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using construction management software such as Acculynx, Company Cam and Hover.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate cost projections and bid submissions.
• Coordinate project schedules with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of roofing solutions.
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all construction regulations and safety standards on-site while maintaining regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets closely using heavyBid or construction budget management tools; implement cost control measures as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead project scheduling efforts by managing construction schedule coordination and adjusting timelines proactively to meet project milestones.

Experience

• Proven experience managing roofing or infrastructure projects within the construction industry.
• Strong background in construction site management with a focus on commercial roofing projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction estimating, project scheduling, and cost management using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards relevant to roofing and civil infrastructure work.
• Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills in guiding project teams through complex tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of contracts negotiation and administration along with project leadership capabilities that inspire collaboration and accountability.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
