Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance staff; oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs; manage budgets and vendors; ensure work order completion; support capital projects; maintain safety and regulatory compliance; participate in resident retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications

EPA Certification (Universal preferred); valid driver license; 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience; 2+ years supervisory experience; strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; team leadership experience.

CAMT Certification, CPO Certification, HVAC trade certification, Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience, renovation and capital project experience.
