SERVICE MANAGER ( TANJUNG MALIM )

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

1. Manage daily service centre operations to ensure smooth, efficient and customer-focused operations.
2. Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff to achieve operational and performance targets.
3. Drive the service team to achieve and exceed HQ and internal service targets and KPIs, including service revenue, labour sales and customer retention.
4. Monitor workshop productivity, service sales and profitability to maximise overall service centre performance.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
6. Ensure repair quality, warranty compliance and manufacturer standards are consistently maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• At least Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales/service operations, preferably with dealership experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, workshop operations and after-sales processes.
• Good leadership, communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong ability to monitor KPI, productivity and service profitability.
• Able to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
