• Plans, directs, controls, co-ordinates and participates in all Training activities.

• Recommends action plan to improve standard of guest services.

• Assures implementation of Group and Hotel HR Strategy, Policies, Procedures.

• Analyses the mid-year and year-end Performance Development Reviews (PDR), identifies and conducts structured training needs of each division by one-on-one meeting.

分析年中和年终绩效发展评估（PDR），通过一对一会议确定并实施各部门的结构化培训需求。

• Actively communicates and coordinates with Division Heads and Department Heads for training needs.

积极与各部门沟通和协调负责人了解培训需求。
