Service Manager - Workplace

A Snapshot of Your Day Join the innovative Siemens Digital Core team in our Lisbon or Porto offices, where you will play a vital role in the energy transition by ensuring we have the right spaces to develop and manufacture our cutting-edge solutions. Your workdays will be dynamic and varied; you might coordinate with regional IT to address country-specific requirements with industry-leading service providers. In the afternoon, you could find yourself moderating a meeting with Cybersecurity and HR professionals to ensure their key initiatives stay on track.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support global service teams and vendors in delivering essential Workplace services, including MS Windows, Intune, Defender, Purview, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management.
• Coordinate and communicate escalations and vendor management topics effectively.
• Meet and track performance metrics and initiatives from DWP vendors, providing regular updates to IT leadership and technical teams.
• Offer technical input to Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with DWP Operations teams to drive cross-discipline initiatives and enhance support processes.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Experience in escalation coordination and vendor management, showcasing a proven track record of effective communication with global teams.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
• ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
