Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Use your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide your team and troubleshoot any challenges that arise.

• Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our customers and exceeding their expectations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, minimum of 5 year driving history.
• Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and coach your team to success
• A valid driver's license and the ability to work at least a 40-hour workweek
• Willingness to work weekends as needed

Location: Lake Worth, FL 33461 Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year - based on experience

Work Location: In person

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend availability
