Service Manager/Service Advisor

Donahue Super Sports - Wisconsin’s Powersports Headquarters, is hiring a motivated customer focused person to be our Service Manager/Service Advisor. Qualified candidates will be able to perform a variety of customer service requirements and have experience managing people effectively. We prefer you have a passion for motorsports along with a working knowledge of the product lines we feature (Yamaha, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo).

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS (the qualities can be in two rows and bulleted)

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Experience effectively managing people
• Knowledge and/or experience of products sold by the dealership, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn them
• Experience with computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn
• Desire to continually exceed customer expectations and provide outstanding customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and work ethic
• Accept direction, follow instructions, and work well with other people
